These delightful french loaves are perfect for light lunches or as an appetiser. They are everything you could want in bread: light and fluffy with a wonderfully crunchy exterior.
Ingredients:
Rice flour, buckwheat flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, yeast, salt, xanthum gum, eggs, canola oil, sugar

These baguettes are the best. They’re literally a highlight of my life, being the closest thing in flavour to the gluten full ones that I’m not allowed to eat.
I missed having bagels so much. But since I have found these I am so happy. They were delicious.
the BEST bread, not just for Gluten free bread, but for BREAD full stop! This is going to become a staple for me.
