INGREDIENTS
- White rice flour
- Tapioce starch
- Cornstarch
- Potato starch
- Butter
- Salt
- Xanthan gum
- Castor sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Thaw in fridge overnight or at room temp for 30-40 mins until pliable. Don’t over-thaw or pastry can be sticky.
2. Keep chilled until use.
3. Roll out on lightly gluten free floured surface.
4. Use as needed (bake according to recipe).
