Although this didn’t bake as light and puffy as a standard puff pastry with gluten, the taste and the texture were so moreish. I made a goats cheese, tomato and basil tart which tasted better than when previously made with gluten pastry. My husband, who is not GF, could not believe it was a GF product. Highly recommend.

I would say the puff pastry is closer to a short crust pastry, but nonetheless it was enjoyable. Would recommend for pie, quiche and tart making.
We struggled with the puff pastry - it really needs to be at a soft/ warm room temperature to work with otherwise it cracks and falls apart. Secondly, it's much more suited to being labeled as a shortcrust pastry as it had no puff at all. But still tasty.
