    Puff pastry more shortcrust

    We struggled with the puff pastry - it really needs to be at a soft/ warm room temperature to work with otherwise it cracks and falls apart. Secondly, it's much more suited to being labeled as a shortcrust pastry as it had no puff at all. But still tasty.

    Although more like shortcrust pastry than puff pastry it is very tasty and would never say it is gluten freety
