    The eclairs are the closest thing you'll get to the 'real deal'. My non-celiac family doesn't taste the difference.

    These were deliciously light and crispy. Great texture. The cream was fluffy and light and not too sweet. Lovely dark chocolate glaze. Sadly we only had 6 and they lasted about 3 minutes
