    Eclairs are hard to make and these GF ones are made superbly well and taste really good. However, the cream does not travel well. Perhaps if we purchase the eclair shells alone, then the cream could be added by the purchaser after delivery?

    A very pleasant snack, but it does not travel well and I think the cream should be added by the purchaser just before eating. Ours accompanied frozen foods and the dry ice turned the cream into a sort of paste.
