Classic buttermilk rusks are always a winner, especially with a good cup of coffee.

White rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, corn starch, butter, milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, cream of tartar, bicarbonate of soda, xanthan gum

Really enjoyed these. Very close to “normal” rusks and much better than the usual store bought glutenfree rusks.
These rusks have a great flavour and texture that makes them taste similar to a popular South African brand of rusk :) I've had plenty of GF rusk until now, but these take the cake. Only problem is they when they arrived they felt like they got a bit hot in transit, and they were slightly stale. Popping them back in the oven on low heat for an hour fixed that.
Wonderful! delicious and crunchy. A little breakable....
I loved the taste! Really yummy. I kept snaking on them instead of enjoying it with a coffee. Only downfall is they break apart easily.
