These rusks have a great flavour and texture that makes them taste similar to a popular South African brand of rusk :) I've had plenty of GF rusk until now, but these take the cake. Only problem is they when they arrived they felt like they got a bit hot in transit, and they were slightly stale. Popping them back in the oven on low heat for an hour fixed that.
Wonderful! delicious and crunchy. A little breakable....
I loved the taste! Really yummy. I kept snaking on them instead of enjoying it with a coffee. Only downfall is they break apart easily.
When I first reviewed this, my delivery was mostly broken. And the taste was odd. I tried again, not bad, but I have tasted better from another GF baker Cape Town.
