    Bothe the plain and the olive baguettes were delicious. I honestly couldn't tell the difference between them and gluten ones. I warmed them up in the air fryer and the crust came back super crispy but the bread was light. Delicious.

    This (and the olive one) is the first baguette I’ve had since cutting out gluten that tastes as delicious as baguettes made with gluten. Really yummy with brie and cucumber, and also toasted with avo smash.

    I don't know if it was this one, or the artisan style loaf or the foccacia, I didn't get to taste, but one of the gluten intolerant guests after the wedding said how it was probably the best gluten-free they've ever had. And I trust this person. My opinion, yes it's a bit more expensive than plain normal bread, but the fact that it's handmade and used with trusted ingredients, and gluten-free.... this is actually not that expensive compared to other art breads, sour dough breads or gluten free breads. Would recommend ?
