Treat yourself to the tastiest golden crusted waflles with the perfect soft interior. Makes about 6 waffles.
White rice flour, tapioca starch, corn starch, potato starch, sugar, cream of tartar, bicarbonate of soda, xanthan gum, salt
- 2 eggs, separated
- 300ml milk
- 30g butter, melted
- Add wet ingredients to the mixing bowl.
- Add premix to the wet ingredient and mix with an electric mixer into a smooth batter
- Pour just enough batter to cover bottom plate of your waffle iron and bake for 3-4 minutes. Baking times are just a guideline and you should follow instructions from your waffle iron manufacturer.
- Serve with your favourite topping or the classic vanilla ice cream and maple syrup combo.
Replace dairy with a nut milk or vegan butter for a dairy free waffle batter.
