Potato starch, white rice flourm tapioca starch, pea protein, xanthan gum, egg, milk, sugar, butter, psyllium husk, cream or tartar, yeast, salt

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 150degC
  2. place croissant on a tray lined with baking paper
  3. Place croissants in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden and crispy
  4. Enjoy!
