Whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone up, increase your cardio fitness, train for a particular sport, work on your strength, or build muscle, I will create a custom 4 week training programme that caters to your goals.
You will receive a fully customized training plan that includes rep ranges and sets, as well as warm up and cool down recommendations. Once your initial 4 week block is complete, you can either start from the beginning and increase the weights you used or alternatively, switch things up once again and come back for another plan.
