I was a bit surprised that each fishcake was 300g. I was expecting s couple of small ones like the ones we had at High Tea. Not a problem at all. I think their size keeps them fluffy and moist.
Honestly I felt there was too much garlic in them. size wise well worth it this can honestly feed 2 for just one patty.
These fish cakes are very enjoyable. They are not strong in flavour, but that's how I like my fish; not too fishy.
