Description
This classic vegetarian bake, also known as, Melanzane Parmiagiana, is made by layering fried aubergine, mozzarella, tomato and basil, then finished of parmasan cheese.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Defrost the Aubergine Parmagiana at room temperature
- Preheat oven to 180C
- Remove the plastic lid
- Place the aubergine parmigiana on a baking tray and place in the preheated oven
- Bake the Aubergine Parmigiana for about 25 minutes or until cooked through and cheese is melted and slightly caramelized.
- Served best with our Garlic and Rosemary Focaccia or with a green salad
