I cannot remember when last I have eaten a sandwich. This bread is a winner!

My personal opinion is that this is one the best GF breads available.

Needs something . . . .do not know exactly what . . . maybe more salt or tiny amount of sugar like in normal home baked bread.

Very dense as well. High carb.
