I absolutely love this bread. I toast it and find it crunchy but not crumbly like the usual gluten free breads. It is also great for toasted sandwiches , and is very tasty, unlike many of the other gluten free loaves that taste like cardboard. This has become my favourite go to loaf.
This is the best gluten free bread I have tasted ever: it is light and easy to digest and toasts well.
It was my first time trying this bread and I liked it a lot. I definitely buy it again.
