Specifically formulated to be used in a wide verity of applications making this our most versatile flour in that it can be used in recipes that require no baking powder or recipes that require specific amounts. Furthermore, it can be used in yeast raised applications. Glutagon plain flour is ideal for dusting, thickening source, batters, pastry, cakes, breads, muffins, pancakes, puddings and more.
