Organic Mealie Meal - 1kg

This naturally free from gluten organic maize meal is GMO free. Also referred to as a mielie pap, maize meal has been a nutritional staple in many African countries for generations.

USAGE AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Serves 2-4. Bring 1lt of water with 5ml salt to boil. Add 2 cups of maize meal and boil for 5-10 minutes without stirring. Then stir through thoroughly, cover with a lid and simmer for a further 20 minutes.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Seal tightly and store in a cool dry place. Use within expiry date.
