Normally, these biscuits are a larger GF version of baby fingers and as such are the best. :) But this time I received them, they were flat and hard, like biscotti. Really prefer the way they were and I am looking forward to, and hoping for, the airy crumble that used to be your Lady Fingers, with my next order. Thanks.
