Vanilla: Protein Blend (Quick Rolled Oats, Pea Protein, Rice Protein), Non-Nutritive Sweetener (Erythritol, Steviol Glycosides), Flavourant and Sodium Chloride.

Chocolate: Protein Blend (Quick Rolled Oats, Pea Protein, Rice Protein), Non-Nutritive Sweetener (Erythritol, Steviol Glycosides), Cocoa Powder and Sodium Chloride.

Strawberry: Protein Blend (Quick Rolled Oats, Pea Protein, Rice Protein), Non-Nutritive Sweetener (Erythritol, Steviol Glycosides), Flavourant and Sodium Chloride.

SERVING AND USAGE SUGGESTIONS:

Cooking instructions: 1 x 60g sachet (flavour of choice), 120 ml of water. Microwave: Combine protein oats sachet and water in a bowl and mix well. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and allow to cool. Stovetop: Bring water to a boil and add protein oats sachet. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a cool dark place. Once opened, keep in an airtight container.
