This naturally gluten-free general-purpose flour mix can be used as a substitute for wheat flour in cooking or baking. It is suitable for s vegan diet as it consists of rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, chickpea flour and xanthan gum.

SERVING AND USAGE SUGGESTIONS:
Excellent for thickening sauces, soups and stews. Also ideal for use in cooking or baking. Xanthan gum acts as a binding agent; however, a raising agent should still be used in baking.

STORE IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. RESEAL ZIP LOCK AFTER OPENING.
