CARROT CAKE

I ordered a gluten-free carrot cake for my gran, who is severely allergic to gluten. She hasn’t been able to enjoy cake in over 10 years because of this, so this was incredibly special for us. I was so excited when I discovered Off the Gluten Path — I had previously ordered some Christmas treats (including mince pies), and she was absolutely thrilled to be able to enjoy those again. So I had high hopes for this cake… and it completely exceeded every expectation! The carrot cake was an absolute winner. It was unbelievably moist, packed generously with nuts and flavour, and honestly one of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had — gluten-free or not. I didn’t tell anyone else it was gluten-free, and not a single person could tell. Everyone loved it! Seeing my gran enjoy cake again after so many years meant more than I can even put into words. I will 100% be ordering all future carrot cakes from Off the Gluten Path.

Ordered for my partners birthday, her first carrot cake ( which is her favorite) in years since being diagnosed unable to eat gluten. It was absolutely delicious! Will definitely order again and be ordering more of their delicious treats they have to offer. Loss of one star due to it not being decorated fully, as it is in the picture online. It only came with a few nuts, not as many as is in the picture, and there was no flowers. The frosting was also very overly sweet. But still delicious and would order again!

This carrot cake is sooooo super incredible! I loved it so much and everyone i shared it with loved it too. it was such a hit. Made super quick and it was so moist and perfectly sweet. Would 100% order again. LOVED IT!
