PREMIX BREAD MIX - BUCKWHEAT BREAD

As a person that can't eat gluten and maize, I have tried many different products. This buckwheat bread is by far the best I have tasted. It is a soft light type of bread. I bake it once a week and freeze the leftovers and it works well. I simply add the contents of the packet to my bread machine, add the water, oil, yeast, and egg. I use the quick bake setting as it works better than the gluten free setting and voila the bread machine does the rest Chanel
