These deliciously moist muffins are gluten-free; contain no added sugar; are high in fibre and contains nutritional yeast. This convenient premix takes just 30 minutes to bake.
INGREDIENTS:
Stoneground rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, chickpea flour, xanthan gum.
NOTE:
This product is packed in a warehouse where peanuts and tree nuts are present
SERVINING AND USAGE SUGGESTION:
Excellent for thickening sauces, soups and stews. Also ideal for use in cooking or baking. Xanthan gum acts as a binding agent; however a raising agent should still be used in baking.
