This naturally free from gluten Organic Polenta is GMO free and vegan. Polenta contains traces of the minerals, calcium, iron, and Vitamin A & C.

Polenta is yellow maize meal that is cooked with water like porridge and can be used as a base for toppings such as cheese, meat, or vegetables. It can also be set in the refrigerator, giving it dough-like texture, to be cut or moulded and grilled, or toasted in the oven.

SERVING AND USAGE SUGGESTIONS:

Stir one part polenta into one part boiling water in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir continuously until it is smooth. Can be used as a base for toppings such as cheese, meat, or vegetables.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Seal tightly and store in a cool dry place. Use within expiry date.
