Description
Clearspring Organic Japanese 100% Buckweat Soba Noodles are made by our third-generation family producer in Nagano, a region renowned for premium qaulity Shinshu Soba and a long tradition of making soba. They are Gluten and Salt Free, made from freshly milled buckweat flour and water, delivering a rich, nutty flavour and distinctive texture.
To prepare, bring plenty of water to boil, add noodles (100g per serving) and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes then rinse immediately under cold water.
