SERVING AND USAGE SUGGESTIONS:
Millet has a mild, nutty flavour and can be eaten in place of rice or made into a porridge for breakfast, and millet can also be used to bake healthy bread or muffins.
Add one cup raw millet to a medium sized saucepan, toast the millet in a saucepan for approx. 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add two cups water or vegetable broth with a pinch of salt, stir and bring water to a rapid boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes until water is absorbed.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Seal tightly and store in a cool dry place. Use within expiry date.
