Your once off macro consult will involve a detailed questionnaire about your current lifestyle and diet habits/choices and what your goals are going forward.
From there, I will create a 100% customised macro nutrition programme that will give you your exact calorie targets for the day. This will be broken down into how many grams of protein, carbs and fats you should be eating (macronutrients) in order to meet your goals.
In this package, you will receive a completely personalised breakdown of how much food you should be eating according to your health and fitness goals. You will also receive one days meal plan as a guide for how you should set out your day and example meals to try. Please note this is a guidance meal plan only and should not be taken as a strict diet prescription.
You will also receive a short version of my E-âBook, “The Everything Guide to IIFYM”, which will explain how to track your calories and macros, as well as how to set up My FitnessPal, the app that I recommend using.
