Outside was a little too hard. But still nice
I found the donut tasty but the texture was not soft and fluffy as I would have liked. It was rather hard.
The donut is amazing as a whole however they do seem to be a bit dry, maybe try adding a custard filling or chocolate mousse filling to combat this
The texture was great, but the icing was too sweet. Need to maybe use less icing, or an alternative icing recipe that less sweet. Can also reduce the sugar in the donut - I actually enjoyed it more without any icing on it.
