For me this challah is way too sweet. The texture etc is wonderful. I just wish it wasn’t quite so sweet.

I wasn't looking for a challah, but a "Hefezopf". Exactly what it tastes like: soft and a bit sweet.

The taste is spot on, but it is quite dry. Still delicious though!
