Description

This classic vegetarian bake, also known as, Melanzane Parmiagiana, is made by layering fried aubergine, mozzarella, tomato and basil, then finished of  parmasan cheese.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Defrost the Aubergine Parmagiana at room temperature
  2. Preheat oven to 180C
  3. Remove the plastic lid
  4. Place the aubergine parmigiana on a baking tray and place in the preheated oven
  5. Bake the Aubergine Parmigiana for about 25 minutes or until cooked through and cheese is melted and slightly caramelized.
  6. Served best with our Garlic and Rosemary Focaccia or with a green salad

Serving sizes are a guideline, as it depends on your appetite or accompaniments served with the dish.
